GriefBrain · A map, not a cure
Grief is built to move through five levels of the brain in sequence. When it is too big to carry, it gets stuck at one of them. This shows you which.
Ten short questions. About five minutes. There are no wrong answers, and nothing here is a diagnosis - it is a map of what your brain has been doing.
Where your grief is stuck
You answered ten questions about the hardest thing you have ever carried. That matters.
If this does not feel quite right, you may be carrying more than one level at once. Most people are. This is the one that scored highest today.
This is one level of a five-level map. The GriefBrain Orientation is a short, free teaching that walks through all of it: what grief does to the brain, why it loops, and how grief is designed to move. No cost, and nothing to decide.
You do not have to decide anything today. This only lets us send you the details when the next room opens.
The Circle is a small guided room for bereaved parents, grandparents, and siblings who do not want to carry grief alone. It is a witness group, not therapy, and you will not be asked to perform your grief.
We will only write to you about the Circle and the Grief FLOW Map. No pressure, and you can step off the list any time.
When the next room opens, you will get the details. Nothing else has to happen today.
This is education, not therapy, and not a substitute for care in a crisis. If you are in danger of harming yourself, please reach out now: call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or text HOME to 741741.
